Friends With Pools — Don't Count on Me EP
The Friends With Pools sound had gotten louder and darker since our debut EP, and we’d gained an additional guitarist in Gerard Becker.
We recorded a two-track EP, Don’t Count on Me, at Pony Jones Records over a weekend in February 2020.

The garage-punk band Friends With Pools was formed by myself, Diffie Bosman, and frontman Louis Knoetze in 2016 as a fun side-project to our other, more serious band commitments.

I am November recorded a 5-track EP called Drawn, opening with the previously-released Drawn and Call Off.
It adds an up-to-date version of the song Thinking Too Loud, which was first heard in a stripped-down indie-folk context on Concrete Sky; here, it has been reworked into an upbeat pop song.

I’d been playing bass for Pretoria-based rocker Fritz Günter’s band, Fritz Gun, and contributed to the recording of his EP What You Are. The EP was released on major platforms in 2016.
